Request Account Deletion
You can easily and securely delete your account and all associated data directly within the Eksath app.
How to delete your account:
- Open the Eksath app on your device.
- On the main home screen, tap the Options menu (the ellipsis
⋯ or gear icon).
- Select Delete Account from the menu.
- Read the warning and confirm your decision to permanently delete your data.
Warning: Deleting your account is a permanent action. All your historical relationship data, rituals, and personal information will be permanently removed from our servers after 30 days and cannot be recovered.
Note: If you no longer have access to the app or your device, you may also request manual deletion by emailing support@eksath.app from your registered email address.
